We will ship your piece to you after payment is made. Discounts are available by joining my newsletter and Facebook group and page. SALES TAX: -Texas residents will pay 8.25% Sales Tax. Other state sales tax may apply. GENERAL TERMS: -We do not require a minimum when shopping with us. Free shipping codes may require a minimum order. -Wholesale orders are made by contract. A Texas Sales and Use Resell Certificate is required. -Cancellations must be made before the item is shipped for items other than custom made items. -We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time for any reason. If payment is already made, we will issue a refund. -We reserve the right to refuse service. -Please send all inquiries to my email. -We are located in the USA and currently ship only to USA destinations. -We will try to be as accurate as possible with the description of the items; however, colors can vary from computer to computer, so please keep that in mind. -All items in our shop are for adult use only. I DO NOT make jewelry or artwork for children under 13 years of age. Please do not ask me to make custom pieces for children or babies. I will not do it. -We DO NOT sell your information. SHIPPING: -Shipping fees are listed in the online store. -Shipping for wholesale orders will be agreed upon by contract. -Unless otherwise agreed upon, your items will ship through the USPS. REFUNDS/RETURNS: -We generally do not refund on jewelry/art items. But, if there is a problem with your order, please contact us. We will try our best to find a solution. -If an order should need to be returned, only the price of the item or items will be refunded. The shipping charge is not refundable. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping charge and will be responsible if the returned item is lost in the mail. -There is a 14 day window to contact me about the possibility of return. I will not take back worn, used, or broken jewelry under any circumstances. REPAIRS: -If an issue with workmanship arises within 30 days, please contact me and I will help make arrangements for repair. CUSTOM ORDERS: I do limited custom work. If you like my style, I would love to talk about the possibilities of working on a custom piece. -A deposit is required and is non-refundable for any reason. -All sales of custom work are final. -Your item ships upon full payment. -I WILL NOT reproduce other people's work or copy other people's designs. My custom work reflects my original designs. Please do not ask me to copy the work of other artists. -I am an artist, not a jeweler. I will not repair or work on other people's work. RETURNED CHECK FEE NOTICE: -I don't generally accept checks. If I agree to take a check, you need to know the policy.
